Mission StatementThe Agency is dedicated to providing both Personal Supports (formerly known as CSLA) to individuals within their home evironment as well as a safe and caring living environment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Personal Supports services and living experience curricula within the Agency's residential homes are designed to support individuals in achieving their very highest potential. The Agency truly believes that individuals deserve the absolute best - the very best place to live and the very best community support - and is committed to ensuring that they receive just that. Comprehensive and individualized support is provided, including customized community and social plans, that empower the indivdiuals served to achieve as much as possible as well as to exercise their self-determination and autonomy.The Agency's staff consists of highly qualified and compassionate staffers who have experience serving individuals with special needs as caretakers, resource coordinators, occupational therapy aids, training supervisors and vocational rehabilitation specialists. Additionally, our team members have expertise in business operations, human resources, regulatory compliance, nursing and church ministry.
