Mission Statement
The Agency is dedicated to
providing Personal Supports, Supported Living and Shared Living Services to
adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Personal Supports
services and living experience curricula within the residential setting are
designed to support individuals in achieving their very highest potential. The
Agency truly believes that individuals deserve the absolute BEST: the very best
place to live and the very best community support. And, the Agency is committed
to doing all possible to help them to receive just that!
Comprehensive and
individualized support is provided (including highly customized program,
community and social plans) that empowers the individuals served to achieve as
much as possible as well as to exercise their self-determination and autonomy.
The Agency's staff consists
of highly qualified and compassionate staffers who have experience serving
individuals with disabilities as direct caretakers, resource coordinators,
occupational therapy aids, training supervisors and vocational rehabilitation
specialists. Additionally, our team members have expertise in business
operations, human resources, regulatory compliance, nursing, and church
ministry.
With a demonstrated
commitment to excellence, innovation, stakeholder relationships and the
developmental disabilities sector generally, the Agency continues to grow
through word-of-mouth recommendations from the people that are served, their
family members and the Coordinators whom regularly work with the Agency.
