Mission Statement

The mission of UCP on the Potomac is to advance the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people with disabilities. We are dedicated to providing the support and assistance necessary so that people with developmental disabilities can take their rightful place in the community.

Steps Individuals Must Take to Apply for Services

UCP on the Potomac uses a single point of entry system for services. Anyone interested is encourage to contact The Director of Operations to set up an enterview and site visit. An application will be completed and appropriate documentation collected working collaboratively with the individual, the team, Resource Coordination and DDA. Once this is complete the application will be reviewed by our administrative team and determination made. Once an individual is accepted a budget will be created and submitted and transition plan created
