Intellectual disability, Mental Disorder, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Deafness/Severe Hearing Impairment, Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy/Seizure disorder, Head Injury, Mental Disorder, Orthopedic Impairment, Specific Learning Disability, Speech/Language Impairment, Spina Bifida, Spinal Cord Injury, Chemical Dependency, Cystic Fibrosis, Other Neurological Impairment, and other undetermined disabilities.

Mission Statement

Every person has the right to live lives that are meaningful and fulfilling as they define it. The role of the St. Mary's County Resource Coordination Program is to assist individuals and advocate to the extent needed as individuals reach their goals.

Steps Individuals Must Take to Apply for Services

  1. Call (301) 475-4389 for intake; a Resource Coordinator will get back to you within 24 hours - the same day if an emergency.
  2. Assistance with paperwork for application to DDA for services and information regarding local resources is provided. Additional assistance to access resources is also provided, if needed.
  3. Final determination of eligibility and availability of funding is determined by DDA
  4. St. Mary's county RCP provides advocacy and case management for individuals who are in crisis or in DDA waiver programs
