Steps Individuals Must Take to Apply for Services

The Executive Director receives an 818 and Psychological Report from the Applicant. The Admission Committee will meet to determine if the applicant meets the "developmentally mental challenged" condition. If so, an Admission Application should be completed by the Individual's Social Worker. The Individual is brought in by the Social Worker to be interviewed by the Executive Director. If found appropriate for BSI's home, the individual is scheduled for admission.
